This property was better than expected. Location was perfect. Close enough to all amenities, however still quiet and relaxing. Property host was very responsive. Will def be coming back.

Great stay

I took my two teenagers here for our spring break this week. The condo was very clean and Teresa was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and the people were all very friendly. The beach is a short walk across a boardwalk. The condo was very close to island bike paths, and easy to access all other island locations by car. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach getaway for couples

We absolutely adored this property! The manager was super communicative and super helpful with both check in and check out process. The condo itself was super clean and just perfect size for the 2 of us. The kitchen has some dishes and cookware so we were able to cook in. The shower was amazing! The walk to the beach and pool was super close! Laundry is not in unit, but it is super short walk down the hallway! Overall a phenomenal stay and highly recommend!!!

The villa was better than advertised - great location, clean, and comfortable - perfect for my wife & I. Easy access to the beach (which was beautiful), and the resort was convenient to great restaurants, shops, and attractions. Thank you, Teresa for a wonderful stay!

Home away from home!

We had a lovely experience in staying at this vacation spot on HHI! The accommodations were spotless and up-to-date and the property manager, Teresa could not have been nicer or more easy to work with. I would highly recommend!!!!

Short getaway

We had a great time coming just from Savannah! The only thing that I would change is the mattress on the bed could use an update but other than that everything was perfect and we can’t wait for next time!

First visit to Hilton Head

The property is in a great location close to Folly Beach.The unit was clean and as advertised. This would have easily been a 5 star rating with a mattress update. All in all we had a great time in Hilton Head.

GREAT PLACE!

The location of this condo can’t be beat! You can walk to the beach in just a few minutes. This resort has a lovely pool and great little snack bar with delicious adult beverages! ;) Teresa was super attentive and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

We Love HHI

We love HHI and we love staying at Hilton Head Tennis and Beach Resort. Teresa’s condo is great. Beautifully remodeled and has everything you need for a great beach vacation. Teresa is quick to respond with any questions you may have.

Felt like home

We have stayed at the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort many times when our kids were younger. We always enjoyed our stays. This was the first time back for us in over 10 years. We were very impressed with the overall grounds. It’s obvious there have been improvements made. The unit we stayed in was awesome. It was completely updated and very clean. It really did feel like home for us. We will be back!

Great for a small family.

Perfect size for a small family. The unit was very nice and clean. The host answered all of our questions quickly and made the process very easy. Boardwalk is at the end of the parking lot. Plenty of activities on the property. We all had a great time!
