The community has tons of activities for the family- daily events like swim in movie at the pool or pool parties. The beach and pool were a short walk and the condo was nice, clean and just as advertised.

Had a great time staying at this condo! It had everything we needed and more! We loved the size and cleanliness of the condo, the short, easy walk to the beach, the huge pool and the fact that there was always security personnel to check cars driving into the complex. The owners are also wonderful! They gave us many ideas for things to do and places to eat! Check in/ check out instructions were also easy to follow and understand. We would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed on this property four times now. This unit was clean had all the things you need very well stocked. My only wish was for a Keurig and maybe some more towels as I traveled with a bunch of teenage girls so we went through a lot of towels, but otherwise the place was awesome. This complex is so convenient with restaurants easy access to the beach and a large pool. Bonus points for Pickleball courts as well. Perfect place for a family.

We had a fabulous time! The apartment was clean, comfortable. It was well stocked, there were even beach chairs and a cooler on wheels, beach toys, pretty much anything you could possibly need. There were hooks everywhere, which was nice so our towels and suits could actually dry easily. The beach was an easy walk and the pool was great. It was convenient to have three restaurants on the property. Plenty or parking and everything was an easy drive away. We had a blast!

This was a very nice condo, clean, with a nice variety of kitchen appliances and there was a closet with many beach chairs and umbrellas and toys and games— a very nice addition. The stairs are not that bad, but obviously could be an issue for some. Overall it was a 5/5 for us. It was exactly what we expected and desired— nothing super fancy but homey and clean and comfortable. It was perfect!

Tom and Beth’s place is great! Plenty of space, very clean and in a quiet corner of the complex. The kitchen is well-equipped and if you’re not cooking, there are restaurants on site. We appreciated the communication before our trip and fast reply when we had a question. The steps are no joke so make sure you’re up for that lol The pool bar/concession is awesome. The pool did not appear to be heated. The beach itself is gorgeous and some of the softest sand I’ve felt! It was nice having access to beach chairs/umbrella from this unit. Thank you for providing a great space for our memory making!!

We took the kids down for the Fourth of July and stayed for five nights. Beautiful weather, even on the day it rained we could still swim and walk. Coming back to the condo we found plenty of space to rest, clean-up, cook and relax. Hands down, we’d repeat a stay here. If you don’t like sun, sea and pickleball, you might want to find another place.

My wife and I had a wonderful time on Hilton Head Island and it was made even better because of the Villa we were lucky enough to find. It was perfect … clean, comfortable, and had every amenity we needed. Every morning it was a refreshing walk to the beach (5 minutes) to watch spectacular sunrises. Then a shorter walk to a great fitness center for our daily workout. Each night was closed out on the balcony to enjoy the sounds of the birds. A perfect experience.

The apartment was very clean, and so well decorated! Easy access to the beach and swimming pool, very close to all the tennis and pickleball courts, and for those who like it there is a nice pub on the premises. I very much appreciated the tall chairs in the balcony. They place your eyes above the railing, to watch the birds and squirrels right at eye level. Also, it was peaceful to overlook the pond. Nice all around! Kitchen is well supplied and lots of board games to keep you entertained in case is raining and you don't want to watch a movie! We had a great time! Note: even though there are a couple of stair flights, they are not overwhelming, you pace yourself and get a great exercise out of them.! We recommend and will be back if it all possible. Thank you!
