Forest Beach Townhome 2BR/1.5 Bath Pet Friendly and 1 Block from the Beach

Hilton Head Cabana 40 is a charming townhouse located in South Forest Beach one block from the ocean. This property is wonderfully furnished and offers an open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen plus a stackable washer & dryer. The first floor consists of the kitchen (with laundry facilities), living room, dining room, a powder room along with an outside patio complete with a gas grill. The second floor contains both the master bedroom (king bed) plus the guest bedroom (two twin beds) as well as a full bathroom just off the hallway in between the two bedrooms. The swimming pool and kiddie pool are located just steps from the patio in the extremely spacious courtyard. Pool is open March - October. This unit is conveniently located within a 5 minute walk to the beach, a 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza and also 10 minutes from the new Low Country Celebration Park. Please be aware that No Pets are permitted on the back patio or in the Courtyard at Hilton Head Cabanas. Also, the rental is limited to 1 pet (35 pounds or less) per occupancy.

This property was perfect for me, my husband and our furbaby. It was very spacious and well equipped. Within walking distance to the beach and Coligny Plaza. We took our bikes as well so we enjoyed biking to most of the places. The pool is very nice. Overall great stay. Would definitely stay here again.

2 blocks from main shopping and entertainment hub of island. 1 block from beach. About 3-4 minutes walk. Takes longer getting out of condo complex than it does to beach. 1 mile from Harris Teeter grocery store and Tesla superchargers. Unit clean and pet friendly.

The unit was very well located, maybe 8-10 minutes to be on the beach itself. Next to main road bike paths so it was super easy to hop on and off to bike somewhere. The neighborhood pool was nice. My only complaint was the floors not being cleaned.

No complaints. Short walk to the beach. Also short ride in car or golf cart to the shops & food @ Coligny. Condo was quiet, parking was easy. Everything worked as it should. A/C could have been a little cooler in the room with twin beds, but with the spare floor fan it was tolerable.

These rentals are so close to the beach. I didn’t even realize that when I booked our stay. It was so convenient. We could have used the trolley but it was such a nice little walk to the beach everyday. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Great location. One block from beach and walkable / short bike ride to many activities and restaurants. Overall unit cleanliness was primary issue. Experienced multiple encounters with bugs within unit. Trash from previous guests was still in cans and we had to take out for removal. Also main bath had mildew and mold in shower. Spoke with PM about pest issue and they couldn’t make any commitments to addressing the same day. Instead left it up to HOA to address and get back to us. Never heard or saw anything from the HOA.

Only caveat was the horrible neighbor on one side. We were accosted by an angry older man that tried to discuss things that should have been discussed with management or the owners, NOT our family members. We were there with our toddler and dogs (which we paid for!) and this gentleman felt it appropriate to be rude and condescending to a total stranger. We, unfortunately, won’t be staying there again due to this horrible interaction. Neighbors on the other side (end) were lovely though.

This year we brought our fur baby so we had to rent a dog friendly condo. This place was great. The bed was very comfortable- and this was key for us because the apt we rented in the past had a brick hard bed and we would leave sore. This bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Our only issue was that tje place was not properly cleaned- sand on floor upstairs, dirty dishes/pots, and a comfortable that was also dirty. The management company was responsive and immediately took the comforter and had it cleaned. I had already cleaned the dishes since I needed them to cook. I would definitely stay here again and was impressed by the responsiveness of Seashore Vacations.

The complex is close to a beach access point right across the street and is within walking distance to the Coligny area for shopping and restaurants. The condo was decorated nicely with a beach theme. Having a washer/dryer and a dishwasher in the condo was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The pool is open until 10 pm which my children loved. We definitely would stay here again.

We had small issues twice and the response was quite quick. House was exactly the same way it was pictured on the website. Furniture seems a bit outdated but it was ok.Few suggestions- Having a foot rug at the front door is quite essential we felt. Coming back from the Beach was just making the whole house sandy even washing feet outside with the hose.- Stock the kitchen with more spoons.- will be nice if TV can support streaming apps.
