Welcome to this beautiful fifth-floor, two-bedroom Villamare unit, offering ocean views and located within the renowned Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. Perfectly positioned for relaxation and adventure, this condo provides an ideal getaway for families and friends.

Step into a fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry and granite countertops, designed with both style and functionality in mind. The kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining and living areas, creating an open and inviting space. The dining table comfortably seats six, with additional seating at the bar for extra convenience. The living room is tastefully decorated, blending contemporary touches with cozy comfort, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

The spacious primary bedroom features a king-size bed and its own private en-suite bathroom. It was newly remodeled, including a double vanity and a large walk-in shower for ultimate relaxation. Across the condo, the guest bedroom offers two queen-size beds and a fun bunk bed, perfect for larger families. The guest en-suite bathroom includes an updated vanity, tiled tub, and shower combination.

This unit is ideally located within the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. It provides easy access to the beach, the resort’s amenities, and the beautiful surroundings, making your stay both comfortable and unforgettable.

Villamare has completed a multi-million-dollar pool renovation, creating a luxury beachfront experience with upgraded amenities. Highlights include a saltwater main pool and spa for families, a tranquil adults-only pool for guests 21+, and a year-round heated indoor pool and spa. Additional features include a modern fitness center, sauna, renovated restrooms, oceanview sun decks, gas grilling stations, and a cozy fire pit. Guests also enjoy private beach access, covered and uncovered parking, and elevator access to all floors. Outdoor pools are heated from March 15–May 1 and October 15–December 1, while the indoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round.

**Villamare Painting Project commencing on September 15th, 2025.This includes stucco repair, balcony and ceiling enhancements, roof repairs, and painting. Expect to see scaffolding in front of living room windows and balconies during this period, along with accompanying noise. The entire undertaking is expected to be completed by March 30th, 2026.

A perfect week!

My friends and I stayed Monday-Saturday. There was plenty of space for everyone- good closet space, plenty of towels, dishes, etc. They had beach chairs in the closet from previous gusts which was very convenient for our stay! The living / kitchen space was also a perfect size. Perfect for cards and dinner. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Quick 2 minute walk to the beach from our building. Pool/hot tub was very nice. Would definitely stay there again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Villamar Building 2 for a week in early June 2024.Overall the stay was five star!! Our rental was clean and comfortable! The kitchen was so well stocked with cooking equipment that we were able to make several meals onsite!We did have one maintenance issue with a non flushing toilet upon over arrival which was late on a Saturday night. Maintenance was at our door Sunday morning and had it fixed quickly!The pool was wonderful and used often by our teens. Proximity to the ocean was fabulous that we could spend time down there and quickly and easily walk back to our rental when needed.The one caution I would have about the property for any light sleepers is the noise from the tree frogs at night could be heard in our room. It was so loud the first night! By the second night we turned on noise apps and fans to cancel it out. For such small creatures they can really make a riot when they all sing together!This was out second trip to a Palmetto Dunes property and will certainly be back for more!!!

We did have some problems with our room, which the staff handled vey promptly. The first room had a mold problem which was visible and also by smell. The second room, the bed frame was not put together correctly and the bed fell to the floor. Both issues were brought up with management, and were rectified.
