Coligny Plaza is also less than a 5-minute bike ride & you are only 2 blocks from the beach through our private gate. We are located mid-island, so close to Harbor Town, Shelter Cove marina & an abundance of restaurants.

The townhouse (sleeps 8) and is one of only six units you will find where EVERY bedroom has its own private full bath for the utmost in comfort, privacy and convenience. The first-floor master suite has a king bed, dressing area with double sinks, separate room with tub/shower, and sliding doors to access the screened in porch backing to the lagoon. On the second floor you will find the second (queen) bedroom with full bath, and third (twin beds) bedroom also with its own full bath.

With two spacious levels, 1,863sf total, everyone has a place to relax. Besides the master suite located on the first floor, you will enjoy a large great room (which has a scenic lagoon view, a cozy fireplace, sofabed, and entertainment center with TV/DVD). Also, on the first floor is a roomy kitchen, two separate dining areas, 1/2 bath, screened-in porch (with a third dining area) and a separate laundry room with full size washer/dryer.
