Unfortunately, did not have the best experience

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will start with saying the booking process and confirmation details was easy and received quickly. However, that was the best part of our experience. I received a text with all of the details as well as was told to communicate through this text. As we got there on a Sunday, I messaged about the availability of early check-in, no response. In the pictures, there is clearly a garage. However, no access. I messaged for clarity, no response. To say the least, I had no Faith in reaching out to them to get a response if anything was needed. I had to go buy bug spray as there were numerous spiders inside the house. Lots of red ant hills, even a snake living behind the paneling on the house. (If looking at the house, to the left of the front door) The pool, yes, was a little small, but was nice. However, the outside area is lacking. No lounge chairs to lay in the sun. The garbage was literally overflowing when we checked in and smelled real bad. As this was our eighth year in a row renting in Hilton head, I will not use Island rentals again.

Very average rental

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property had very basic amenities. No beach/pool towels were provided. The outdoor landscaping could use some attention- the pool was full of leaves and pollen. This rental has a lot of potential with some love and updates! The rental company only provides one pass to palmetto dune. We had to purchase 3 more passes. The security gate would not allow us to leave the extra passes with them for the other vehicles, so we had to drive back and forth multiple times to meet up when the other vehicles arrived.

Just What We Needed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home in lovely Palmetto Dunes community. Everything was as described. Home is well furnished with lots of outside seating. The pool is on the small side but it’s not a deal breaker.
