Great Location

We had a fantastic time at this home. The location really makes it! Walking distance to the beach and the plaza. Loved the screened in porch area for evening relaxing with no bugs. The house layout was great. Definitely would stay here again!

The house was great! It is a beautiful place to stay and had everything we could need. Adam made the renting process very easy and Rena the property manager was there to meet us and make sure she answered any questions we had. I definitely recommend staying at this location!!

Awesome home for family vacation!

House online is even better im person! Very clean, plenty of space and great amenities. Just a few minute walk to a beautiful beach and about a 1/2 mile walk to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The owner and property manager were very friendly and ready to help us with anything we needed. Would love to stay there again!

Family Vacation

The property is everything it is advertised to be. The house was extremely CLEAN and well equipped for just about everything you need for a family vacation. Rena the property manager was so nice and helpful showing us all the house had to offer. The location of the property to activities and the beach is great for everyone to enjoy. The house is amazing. It is stocked well, super spacious, perfect for a large family and simply beautiful. We were close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants… Rena was so kind and helpful and very responsive. If at all possible, we will be back!!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our large family vacation was wonderful at this property. Great layout, loved the screened in porch, which is uncommon in this neighborhood. Short walk from the beach. Lots of helpful accessories already at the property, including a wagon to take things to the beach, a pack and play, and several kitchen items that you don't often see (an immersion blender!). Property manager was highly communicative, but not intrusive. Great stay!

Family Vacation

Our family of 12 adults and 7 children ages 2-11 stayed in the house last week. We had a wonderful time in spite of Hurricane Debby paying us a visit. The house was very comfortable for our size group and was well furnished. The kitchen was very well equipped so cooking was easy. In addition to the kitchen the rest of the house was equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, games, and pool toys. I highly recommend this property for any type group, all adults as well as families.

Beautiful home close to everything!

Our family came together from all over the country and we had a magical week in this beautiful home! We had 9 adults and 3 kids and we still had empty bedrooms! This house is large, well appointed, clean, and in a wonderful location. We rented bikes and we were able to to bike to shopping, dining, attractions, and more! The walk to the beach was only about 3 easy minutes. Everyone in our party loved this home and its location. We hope to stay here as a family again!

We Love Sunshine Daydream!

We loved our stay at Sunshine Daydream! Our entire extended family fit in the home comfortably. There were so many extra towels, beach chairs, and games! We loved the ginormous screened in porch and enjoyed the hot tub, swimming pool, and outside TVs. It was a very easy walk to the beach and they even provided a wagon for the beach chairs. The kitchen was very user friendly and furnished with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely recommend this house!

Fantastic Spring Break at the Sunshine Daydream!!

The Sunshine Daydream is a perfect location (both to beach and Coligny) filled with all the amenities you could possibly need for a large group of family & friends. Providing of many beach chairs and other beach amenities as well as things to do around the house (ex. ping pong, cornhole) kept the group entertained throughout the week!! The outdoor spaces allowed separation amongst the group and the many TV's throughout the house (including outdoors) avoided any chance for conflicts. The elevator was also an added bonus for my parents who visited during our stay.

Birthday Celebration

This property is AMAZING. We had several families coming in from OH, NC, SC & GA for a family celebration. This house was everything & more than we could have expected and we have rented in HHI many times. It is close to the beach. It has a pool and hot tub. It has ample room to hang out. We had 20 people staying in the house and we never felt like we were on top of one another. Also, the Property Mgr Rena was great!!! I would rent this house again!!

Yearly Beach Trip

A fantastic beach rental! The owners thought of everything. Plenty of rooms and all with their own bathrooms. Elevator for the old folks. Comfortable living areas and a wonderful screened in porch. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Swimming pool and hot tub were clean and spacious. We have been coming to Hilton Head for the last five years for our yearly beach trip and this has been the best beach rental by far. Hopefully our family schedules will allow us to rent this beach house again next year. A real five star gem!

Perfect Home for Large Families

We booked a week long stay for 20 people (4 families, grandparents, and in laws). The house was clean, bright, and spacious. Things I loved about this home: -Each room has its own bathroom (perfect for multiple families) -The dining table is enormous and allowed us to eat meals together -High chair and pack-and-play were available -Plenty of bath and beach/pool towels -Kitchen stocked with everything we needed and with enough cups/plates/utensils -Outside areas are perfect for hanging out (screened in porch, pool, hot tub, ping pong) -Great walking distance to the beach -Beach chairs and toys were available -Great access to bike/walking trails The hosts were available before check in, property manager walked us through check in, and hosts checked with us before check out. Very attentive to us as guests. We would absolutely stay here again and recommended this home for any large groups!

Incredible House & Location

This 8 bedroom home has everything you need! The location is fantastic - quick walk to the beach and bike ride to Coligny Plaza. Kitchen is very well stocked. Bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are private and roomy. The screened-in porch, hot tub and pool are great! The house was immaculate! Property managers were incredibly prompt, friendly and very helpful! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hilton Head! (We did not have children with us, but the bunk room was large. Plenty of additional space inside and out for the kids, including a ping pong table and extra TVs.)

Amazing place.

This place has everything you need. It’s our second time here and it is perfect. Everything is flawless from the time you check in to the time you leave. This is perfect for friends and or families. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and plenty of places for all to come together. They have a pool and hot tub and fun games as well. We have corn hole and ping pong tournament's. The Biking trails, and the beach are within minutes. Rena the property manager is responsive to every question. The host checks in and makes sure everything is great. Checkout is a breeze. They tell you what to do and how to leave everything. I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed.

Family vacay

Our family has been gathering on HHI from all corners of the country for about 15 years. We have loved so many of the houses we’ve stayed in, but this one definitely suited us more perfectly than all the rest. We are usually at least 11 people, and often more. And as much as we love our time together, we love our own space too. This house has great gathering spaces combined with plenty of privacy in the eight bedrooms that all have their own bathroom. Plenty of TVs assure no one is arguing over what to watch and the outdoor space is fantastic and well laid out. The convenient location to beach & shopping is obviously ideal, too (North Forest Beach is our favorite location!) We already booked for next year!

Another Fantastic Spring Break at the Sunshine Daydream!!

Similar to our experience last spring break, 2023 was another extremely positive experience at the Sunshine Daydream house. The house remains in extraordinary condition with large bedrooms, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for 6 families (12 adults + 6 children ages 10-16). The pool and outdoor spaces are amazing allowing two separate TV viewing areas and plenty of entertainment (ping pong, cornhole, pool toys) provided by the owners. The walk to the beach is only 5 mins (couple blocks) and upon return a heated shower allows quick rinsing to maintain a sand-free outdoor living space. The on-premise elevator was an extra bonus for our parents that also stayed with us during our week!! Highly recommend the Sunshine Daydream home for a great week on HHI. Jeff H.

Great for large groups

We loved this house. We had 5 families, 19 people total and never felt crowded. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. We overnighted two baby gates for the steps for the two little ones in our group to make it safer. The elevator was a huge help with luggage, groceries, and mobility issues. Only negative was that the pool side ice maker didn’t work and the kitchen fridge ice maker barely made ice too. On site property manager brought us some bags of ice though. Easy walk to the beach and all the beach equipment was a huge bonus. House was very clean and very spacious from the bedrooms to the bathrooms and the closets.

Best VRBO property I have ever stayed at.

This place is so roomy. Plenty of space for all 8 of us ladies. We are friends that enjoy a yearly trip to golf and catch up. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Lots of places for us to get together for breakfast and lunches games and puzzles. The screened in porch is wonderful! This place has everything you need. Hot tub, pool, beach chairs and towels for everyone. The ocean is less than 5 min walk. All the tvs have Roku but there was so much to do we seldom turned on tv. We had ping pong and corn hole competitions. On arrival,Rena, the property manager showed us around and explained everything. She was incredibly prompt to answer every question we asked by text ! The owner Adam checked in as well. Great touches throughout the house. Great location to everything. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

Family Reunion

We had a family reunion with 25 guests to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. There was plenty of space to gather as a group and enough spaces to also get some quiet time. The house had more than enough beach chairs and gear for everyone in the house.
