This spacious 5 bedroom home is perfect for families who enjoy the convenience of being near Harbour Town and the luxury of a Private Pool (can be heated for a fee), while overlooking the #10 hole of Heron Point Golf Course.

Located on a Quiet Street, the main floor of the home offers a fully equipped Kitchen with Center Island and open concept Dining Room, along with a Main Living Room featuring a 55" Flat Screen TV. The Dining Room and Living Room boast stunning views of the Golf Course and Private Pool, while a spacious Screened Porch offers a view of the Pool, as well as a full size Laundry Room. The Master Suite with a King bed, Flat Screen TV, and Private Bath is located on the same level, overlooking the Private Pool. The 2nd Bedroom, which features a Queen bed, Flat Screen TV, and Private Bath, is also on the main floor.

On the 2nd floor, there is a 3rd bedroom with a King bed, Flat Screen TV, and Private Screened Porch, along with a shared bath with Bedroom 4, which is furnished with Bunk beds and a Flat Screen TV. Bedroom 5 offers a Queen bed, a Sofa, and a Flat Screen TV.

Guests can easily bike to Harbour Town and climb to the top of the Candy Striped Lighthouse, or take the free seasonal Trolley to the Sea Pines Beach Club.

Additionally, guests have access to miles of bike paths that wind throughout the resort, past tranquil lagoons with live oak trees draped in Spanish Moss, and an array of wildlife including Snowy Egrets and Blue Herons. Schedule a horse ride and explore the 600-acre Nature Preserve or head down to South Beach and spend the evening at the Salty Dog Cafe with its live Family Entertainment. Other options include scheduling a Dolphin or Dinner Cruise, Sunset Cruise, renting a jet ski, or taking a parasail ride!

The exterior of the home features a gas grill, and it is a great value in a fantastic location!

Beautiful House In a Great location

Beautiful house within a stones throw of Harbour Town. With ten of us (6 adults and 4 kids) it was a great layout for all of us to have our space but also great common spaces for spending time together. My folks loved the privacy of the pool and we all used it daily. Only suggestions would be that they need more chairs for the kitchen table with backs so everyone could comfortably sit around table, we were short 4 table seats. And extra blankets in the house would be great since some of us sleep warm and others cold. I also love extra hooks in bathrooms for towels, specifically the one we used downstairs. Overall a wonderful house that we really enjoyed and felt very comfortable in!
