This stylish 4 bedroom, 4 bath Sea Pines golf home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Heritage Woods, known as the heart of Sea Pines for its established neighborhoods and central location to everything Sea Pines! 4 East Garrison Place is nestled among mature azaleas, live oaks and extensive lush privacy landscaping that provides an oasis of tranquility. The home is freshly painted throughout, has new bedding and the bathrooms have new light fixtures.

Upon entering the home, the fully equipped kitchen is immediately to the left, featuring all new stainless appliances, granite counters, new cabinets and offers a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The kitchen opens to the dining room with a large table that seats 8 and the living room beyond. The spacious, inviting living room offers a 60" SMART TV, a comfortable sofa with matching love seat and two chairs, opening into the den/sun room area which has access to the pool area. A half bath is located off the back hall that leads from the sun room to the Master suite featuring a king bed, a 40" TV, pool view and a private bath with two separate sink areas and a large shower.

Located to the left of the living area is a king bedroom with 32" TV, a private bath, double vanity, garden tub and a separate shower. The washer and dryer are located in a closet alcove just outside this bedroom. Two other bedrooms are located to the right of the living area. The first is a queen bedroom with a 25" SMART TV and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. The final bedroom also features a queen bed, a TV and has access to a shared hall bath with a tub/shower combo.

The very private pool and spa area has lounge chairs, rockers and other comfy seating to enjoy this secluded hideaway.

Perfect house for our family. Primary bedroom has closet area used as a nursery. All four bedroooms have privacy from living area. Spacious kitchen and dining was perfect for private chef to prepare and serve birthday dinner. Pool and hot tub provided relaxing day/night activity. Highly recommend

4 E. Garrison was the perfect property for our family of 8 adults. The house was extremely clean and well kept. The bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms was nice for each couple. The location was ideal. Centrally located to everything we wanted and the short walk/bike ride to the beach was fun for all. Having 4 bikes available at the property was an additional bonus. Management checked in with us a a few times and when special requests were made they were fulfilled within the hour. I’d highly recommend this property.

This is a wonderful, secluded property with a lovely outdoor area in the back. The walking path is very close and accessible. The house was very clean and the chiminea with a couple of bundles of wood was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.
