4 Barrier Beach Cove is the vacation home of your dreams! This 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home is located in folly field, sits just 4 rows from the ocean and is across the street from Chaplin community Park where you can enjoy access to tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball fields and a dog park! This home truly has something for everyone in your group with a private pool and spa, exceptional game room, 4 king suites, and a short walk to the beach.

The ground level is sure to be the place to hang out after a long day at the beach with a climate-controlled game room! This room features a ping pong table, foosball table, pop-a-shot, tennis racquets, a Wii gaming console, board games, smart TV, and seating area.

The private pool (24' x 12') and spa can be accessed from the front staircase or the sliding glass doors off the kitchen. The pool deck is fenced and features sun loungers, a dining table, seating area and gas grill. Inside the main level of the home, you will find an open floor plan living area and 2 bedrooms with ensuites. The custom kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with a coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and a gas range. A second refrigerator and freezer is available for guest use and the stand alone ice maker is great for keeping everyone's drinks cold on a hot summer day! The living room has plenty of seating for all guests, a smart TV, fireplace, and access to the pool deck through the sliding glass doors. The custom dining table is perfect for playing a card game or gathering for a meal with family and friends.

Down the hall, Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, queen-sized sleeper sofa, smart TV, desk, and an ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed, smart TV and an ensuite with a shower/tub combo. This bathroom also connects to the hallway for additional guest use throughout the day. A laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is also available for guest use.

Upstairs, you will find the remaining 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 3 features a king-sized bed, smart TV, seating area, desk, and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. This bedroom also has a private balcony overlooking the pool with great sunset views. Bedroom 4 features a king-sized bed, twin daybed, smart TV, and an ensuite with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 5 features 2 custom built twin/twin bunk beds, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a smart TV and an ensuite with a shower/tub combo. This is the perfect space for the kids or teens! Don't forget to check the pictures for the custom port hole in each bunk! Lastly, bedroom 6 features 1 twin/twin bunk bed with a desk.

Amazing property!

We had such a great experience renting this house! The house itself was beautiful and clean with plenty of amenities, and the pool/spa was clutch. We had one issue with the pool early in our stay, but the property manager came out and fixed it within an hour. The location was quiet but close to HHI's best spots. Rent this house!

Fabulous Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Latitude Adjustment! The home is pristine and the owners have thought of everything - it was truly a home away from home. Great house

This house is great! Love the location and the house. Things that we would have liked is bikes available, we didnt have any, and in the description, it said we would. We would have liked a "hot" hot tub. I understand the pool not being heated, but the hot tub we expected to be hot. The outside shower was hidden and not easy to access. We would definitely book this house again. Thank you

Very clean and well maintained. The best rental home that we have used.

This was a great experience from the beginning. The owners are very responsive to any questions asked and obviously take pride in their property. The home was quite comfortable and met our family needs in function, convenient location, comfort and cleanliness. Our 4 grandchildren (ages 6 thru 2 1/2) loved the pool and the bunk bed room. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Amazing time with our family and friends! The only problem was that our stove/oven went out towards the end of the week. Gas stove and grill saved us. Also, the owners came right out to help within hours of us calling them! Heading back next year!!!!

Absolutely Perfect

What a perfect place for our family to enjoy time together. The house was gorgeous and very comfortable for our group of 12. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing and the kids played non stop, swimming for hours. The beach is just minutes away and beautiful with soft white sand, perfect for sand castles and beach volleyball. Lots of restaurants close by, and we also enjoyed grilling at the house. It was hard to say goodbye to the house and the memories we had together there.

Everything about this property met or exceeded expectations....House was spacious, beautiful and extremely clean, offered quick & easy beach access, a huge park nearby, bonus children's playroom, great pool & hot tub. Amazing property and owner!

We rented for all of January to escape the Northeast cold and our pandemic life. We couldn’t have asked for a better house for our family! We enjoyed the easy access to the beach daily (sunrises are a must), proximity to the park (including tennis) and amenities in the house (ping pong, hot tub). Mackie (and family) were incredibly responsive on questions. When we travel back to HHI, Mackie will be our first call! Thank you!

50th Anniversary

We celebrated our 50th with two daughters, their husbands, and 6 grandchildren ages 6 to 16. A beautiful house and pool and fun game room. A short walk to the beach which was lovely. You don't need to be a golfer to enjoy Hilton Head as there is a lot to do and staying at this house was perfect. It is better than the pictures show which were beautiful. Alexanders was a great restaurant for our special night out. Mackie made sure we had what we needed and I hope we have the opportunity to return.

Absolutely perfect!

This house could not have been more perfect for our family vacation!! From the amazing table that could hold all of us to eat and play games around, to the amazing pool area. The game room downstairs was great for the kids, well adults too. Access to the beach was close by as well. With 15 people in the house at one time you would not have known it at all except when we were out by the pool - plenty of room! Met the parents to and they really made us feel so welcome.
