The family room features a wall of windows, allowing stunning views of the lagoon and Sea Pine's nature preserve and tons of wonderful, natural lighting. This room also features new furniture and a 75" Smart TV with integrated soundbar featuring cable, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, and Disney +. Additionally, there are three comfortable armchairs that provide views of the lagoon out back.
Just a few steps off the living room is a private deck with brand new hot tub!

The kitchen is also fully remodeled, with new countertops and a bar that seats four. There is also a seating area in the kitchen with and adjacent coffee and tea station. The kitchen features all new appliances. and is fully stocked with everything you will need for those homecooked meals. The dining room provides easy access to the fully furnished lagoon view screened in porch with a table for 4, a loveseat, a lounger, a porch swing and two propane heat lamps for cool nights.
There is a beautiful half bath near the living room.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, 50" Smart TV, and offers a beautiful view of the lagoon and nature preserve. The newly remodeled spa like master bath has a large walk in shower with two showerheads, twin vanities, a wall mounted hairdryer, and plenty of storage. There is a spacious walk-in closet in the master for your use.

Up four steps to the second level provides access to two more bedrooms, both are QUEEN rooms and both are outfitted with 42" Smart TVs. There is a full bath on the second floor as well with a shower /tub combo and wall mounted hairdryer.

When you head up a flight of steps to the loft bedroom you will find the perfect escape for the kids or yourself. This room has two twin beds. This room boasts a 60" Smart TV and DVD BlueRay player. There are a ton of games and books in this room to keep the kids having fun.

This home has a 2 car garage - great for parking, bike and beach storage. And the garage is also home to an outdoor ping pong table!

Carolina Place is a quiet residential neighborhood that comprises of about 50% permanent residents, 20% rentals and 30% second homes. The neighborhood includes a gorgeous swimming pool and hot tub (Open April 1-Sept. 30), new outdoor gas grills, sauna, steam room as well as tennis and pickleball courts for guests use. All homes are situated around 2 lagoons.
Bike or drive to Sea Pine's newly updated Beach Club, Harbour Town, South Beach Marina or one of the areas many golf courses. You can also enjoy horseback riding and the petting zoo at Sea Pines' Lawton Stables.
The beach is a short 15 minute scenic bike ride away as you travel alongside the lagoon, canal and nature preserve.

Greenwood Gate is a mile away, making it easy to drive or bike to the grocery stores and local restaurants. The airy feeling inside, and secluded lagoon views make this property the perfect tranquil getaway after a day spent enjoying all that Hilton Head Island has to offer.

Included supplies:
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and garbage bags.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *

Car Passes:– Sea Pines requires a car pass for each approved vehicle. Passes are $9/day or $20/week per vehicle. These must be purchased at the gate, cash only.
