  • Very Comfortable Newly Remodeled Townhome very close to Beach. The beaches of the Atlantic Ocean are a mere 500 yards away. The 12 miles of hard white sand is perfect for beach combing, jogging, volleyball, paddleball, 'building castles in the sand or just relaxing working on your tan'. Whether you are looking for a place close to the beach or are looking for a high energy high activity vacation, our town home can offer it all.

    Our town house is located adjacent to Coligny Plaza. Coligny Plaza has all of your shopping, entertainment and dining needs. This allows you to park your car when you arrive and not have to use it again until you leave. The shopping center includes a grocery store, specialty shops, souvenir stores, ice cream parlors, chocolate shop, activity areas for the kids, and a variety of restaurants and bars. Not only that, but you can enjoy the 12 miles of wide hard beach and waves just a short distance away. The hard sand beach is perfect for bicycling, walking, swimming, or a moon light stroll with that special someone. There are also many miles of bicycle and walking paths in the vicinity which are not on the beach.

    The townhouse is tastefully decorated and newly remodeled in a tropical décor. This uniquely designed three floor town home consists of a third floor Master Suite with a King size bed and a private bath. A King size bed is also in the second floor master, and Queen bed with a bunk bed and a pull out trundle in the third bedroom. This townhome will sleep a maximum of 6 adults, and a total capacity of 9 with children. The bunkbeds are not adequate for adults. Balconies on the second and third floor over look the private complex pool and court yard.

    We have also furnished the town home with three televisions, and all the needed equipment to entertain you for the rainy days and the restful times you are not enjoying the beach and local facilities.

    Our town home is located in the Forest Beach section of Hilton Head Island. It is one of the most popular and they have added lots of local amenities and a new park for the kids to play.

We enjoyed our stay. The location to Coligny plaza was only a few steps away. The beach is a short walk down, about three blocks. The townhome was well repesented by the hosts picture and descriptions. I would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jay’s property. Everything was exactly as described and the location was perfect. Jay was incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again.

Clean property, linens and towels provided and plentiful. Washer and dryer are a must for our Family vacation of 7. You have everything you need within walking distance. Many restaurants, Piggly wiggly, shops, and the beach. Would highly recommend! Many other things to do in the surrounding area.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, the location was perfect, and Jay was an exceptional host. His communication was outstanding from start to finish. We experienced two minor issues during our stay….an A/C vent and the dishwasher, but Jay responded immediately and had both resolved incredibly quickly. His attentiveness and commitment to making sure we had a great experience were truly appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to others

We really enjoyed our stay! We traveled with our three children in their 20’s. It was nice that my husband & I had a private third floor room with a bathroom to ourselves. The first floor was spacious & kitchen is updated. The property’s location was perfect for us. Everyone could walk or ride bikes to shops, beach, restaurants & etc. The property grounds were nice with lots of plants and flowers. The pool is just a few yards from condo. The property was quiet & family oriented. We met several very nice people who come every year.

Really nice condo. We had a minor hiccup upon arrival but owners acted immediately to resolve it and offered to comp us either breakfast or dinner out. Great service! Things we love about this condo: our family of 5 plus Grandma have plenty of room to spread out. It’s easily walkable to both the beach and Coligny. The pool is right outside the back sliders making it easy when a child forgot their googles or towel to quickly walk back. You could honestly park here and not get in the car again until your drive home if you wanted. Great relaxing stay!

We loved staying here. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Jay was very responsive. We had 6 adults and 2 kids. Then location is fantastic. The Trolley bus was a highlight with the kids and nice to use for transportation. It runs during the summer and is free. Lots of community events in several locations. The bunk was too wobbly for a child to want to be on top. I’m sure some kids would be fine. The trundle only pulls out partially because of the queen bed. We made it work but it was tight. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Three-Storey Condo

Quiet, clean condo with ample communal space. Excellent kitchen. Location is convenient to beach and shopping.
