It was OK. For the cost it could have been better. The sliding patio door had no mechanism, at all, so it could not be opened. Pillows were terrible (flat). Carpet upstairs was a bit worn and matted. Overall could use a coat of paint. Nice location and good beach access, fairly spacious and roomy, furnishings were good.
