VRBO property #2304069647 Kauhiula RoadHilo Hawaii 96720To whom it may concern,Pictures of property were misleading showing a view of the ocean, Trees on neighboring house in front block any view. Outside property grounds are in terrible condition and have not been maintained.-Old truck tires laying outside.-Fence and front gate system are broken allowing wild boars onto the property uprooting the yard in several places.-We had small children with us, wild boars entering the property created an unsafe situation.-Pool was very dirty, didn’t have enough water in it for skimmer to work properly.The inside of the house is also in poor condition.-The house had several gecko’s inside, especially the master bedroom.-Roaches in second bath.-Rat came in at night and chewed makeup case in the bathroom.-Gas stove didn’t function properly, some burners would not light or were out of control when lit.-Kitchen faucet barely worked.-Exhaust fan didn’t work when we tried to use gas grill in kitchen island which we had to light with a match.-Several lights didn’t work.-Only part of the Shower in master bathroom worked.-Toilet in master bathroom water ran constantly.We have rented through VRBO several times in the past. All the other times were a good experience but this one was not.This property should not be allowed rentals in its condition. It is neither safe or maintained. We have pictures of some of the issues if you would like.We are asking for a refund
