Coqui Frog Cottage is a one-of-a-kind stay. For many years, our guests tell us how they are transported to a carefree and unplugged time while at Coqui Frog Cottage. Enjoy the serenity of Hilotown and the magical entrance to the Hamakua coast of the Big Island.

Although within walking distance of Hilo town, our diverse and unique neighborhood, Wainaku, has a country feel and many historic homes. It's also quiet and very private.

As we are on the magnificent Wailuku River, our property has a beautiful breeze at all times, and several beautifully stunning bird species make our property their home, too.

Also, to note: both adjacent neighbors are on 1-acre parcels, which makes our home very peaceful.

Enjoy New King and Queen Serta beds, Sateen linens, plush cotton baths, and hand towels. Further toiletries include shampoo and unscented body lotion, cotton swabs, and cotton balls.
