"We very much enjoyed our stay! What a beautiful property! Once we figured out we could park overnight in the same garage they valet in and just walk up with our stuff, the rest of our stay was very smooth and enjoyable."

"Overall the stay was good, some house keeping needed to be done. Old shampoo bottle left in shower, hair all over the bathroom counter top and floor. The bathroom needs a little TLC recaulking and such. The front desk was helpful and kind. Housekeeping was friendly. "

"Cumberland House is a gem right in the heart of downtown Knoxville. The hotel has a stylish, modern vibe and the room layout was both functional and inviting. I especially loved the balcony with beautiful views of the Sunsphere and World’s Fair Park—perfect for a morning coffee or evening unwind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout my stay. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Knoxville!"
