"Great stay for the evening with my wife"

"Loved the townhouse with nice appliances, updated bathroom, washer/dryer, plenty of space for couples, families or friends. Great check in instructions and communication. Only bad side was the appearance of the building and neighboring owners. Yard with kids toys all over, old furniture and junk. Not a good first impression on arrival. Building could use power washing and paint, new fence and stairs/walkway."

"The place was very clean and it had lots of room to enjoy family. The home was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Nick and Sarah were very responsive with our questions. We will stay here again when visiting our family that lives nearby. "

"This apartment is in a perfect location for getting to enjoy the downtown area. Plymouth has a wonderful downtown atmosphere with many wonderful shops. Kevin was a wonderful host and always responded to our questions. This one does have a flight of stairs to carry your luggage up. You also hear trains as it is close to the railroad tracks. There is a noise ordinance so they don’t blow their horns between like midnight to 6am. We didn’t mind them. Everything else was great. "

"We have rented many properties over the years and never had a host refuse to respond to us. We reached out upon arrival that there were only 4 sleeping arrangements even though the booking stated that it slept 8. The townhome has a queen and two twin beds and there were 7 of us. We found an air mattress but upon blowing it up found it had a large tear. I asked the host for help several times and never received a response the entire weekend. We were in town for a funeral so it was upsetting to have this extra stress and discomfort of sleeping on the ground. Disappointed in both the false advertising of this rental and the hosts refusal for assistance. "

"Security breach while we were sleeping, person walked through home, stole a wallet and left once we made some noise. Not long after they opened the LOCKED door to ask us irrelevant questions, walked into the living space, stole our joint, and walked out. No response from host for support during these events aswell. Absolutely flabbergasted at this event, we have been in contact with police. Please be careful at this property, it is not safe! Home was advertised as whole home rental, only to get there and it be split into 3 apartments. Whole home means no sharing walls, otherwise list it as a condo or apartment. Other than that the place was clean and functional. "
