"This house was perfect for the multiple family trip we stayed there for! The house was clean and exactly like the listing! Lots of space, my kids LOVED the bonus room upstairs to play games and hang out away from everyone. My only complaint would be that the grass hadn’t been cut in a while, but we didn’t spend anytime outside for it to hinder our stay. Overall great place for the price and close to all amenities."

"My family loved staying at this property in Cary while we were in town for a graduation. First and foremost, Ryan is INCREDIBLY communicative and was super helpful throughout our stay. The property is very spacious, allowing our entire family to have the comfort of their room while also giving us space to spend time together playing games or sitting on the back patio. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt safe the entirety of our stay. Definitely choose this property if you’re in the area!"

"It was perfect for me or a couple would like it. It’s in the woods. There’s a deck on the back where I sat and watched half a dozen deer saunter through the property. I like the touches and I also like the smart TV. The host was very helpful. The place was clean and had everything we need and very comfortable for us to relax during a busy weekend. The owner was communicative and responsive to questions before and during our stay. "We stayed here with our teenage son for a baseball tournament. The home is very clean and well kept. The washer/dryer was a lifesaver! There is a small fenced-in back yard in addition to a comfortable living room to relax. Nearby there is pond with a walking trail. We enjoyed our short stay. It was much better than a hotel!"

"There were 7 adults attending a conference in Chapel Hill (17 min drive away) and we each had our own room, plus a large kitchen and tons of living space, all for the price of one hotel room in CH! We played games and made cookies in the evenings and had a blast! We would definitely come back here!"
