"The staff was weird from the start. I booked a two bed room and when I went to check in the staff guy tried to tell me I only booked a 1 bed room. He said they didn’t have any two bedrooms available. He was convinced that I didn’t book a two bedroom so I showed him proof on the reservation website, he was like “fine I will upgrade you for free to our two bedroom”.
