"Great house for your vacation on Amelia Island. The house was very comfortable. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. The pool as very nice as well. "

This place was absolutely perfect for our needs and had beautiful sunrises from our deck while drinking coffee in our pj’s! Walking distance to the Sandbar restaurant which we loved also and minutes by car to everywhere else! We will be back!"

"We had a great stay. The house was even nicer than the listing. Great property and location. Loved the fenced back yard and short walk to the beach. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our group of 6 friends and allowed us each to have our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was awesome and well stocked. Great amenities on the property. We were disappointed by the hot tub being out of commission, but they did adjust pricing for this. Overall, a great home and vacation!"

"The home was very comfortable and clean. It was in walking distance to everything we needed. It was very family friendly area. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to go to Cumberland Island to stay here. Landlord was very quickly to respond to my messages. Grandchildren enjoyed having a playground across the street. "
