"This rental was accurately described, nice assortment of cookware and spices in the cabinet. Linens and towels were provided. Communication was fast and courteous. We arrived post Hurricane Debby - so we had some issues with ants. The Cason’s were over quickly to spray and take care of the problem. "

"Kai Cottage Was exactly as advertised and more. Went to visit my daughter and grandchildren, and it was perfect as we enjoyed the day by the pool and took the advice of our host and had a wonderful dinner at Locals restaurant. Stacy was the perfect host and very easy to communicate with. Yes, I will definitely return return to Kai Cottage for my return visits"

"Our group consists of 8 retired C-130 aircrew members. We have been during this for the last 21 years. This was by far the best location we have visited. There was plenty room to rest and relax. The building was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. The beach access was just about 15 yards out the back door. Communication with the staff was very easy and very helpful. Would recommend property to any large group looking for a beach location. We will be back next...

"Great little house just steps from the beach. The only potential negative was that it's the ground floor only and you may have tenants upstairs. We did for both nights of our stay and they were quiet and respectful of the situation but I'm not used to having upstairs neighbors so that did disturb my sleep a little. House was spotless and well equipped. Gas station just a short walk away for essentials and lively restaurant/bar just 0.2 miles away for dinner."

"The property was clean and just the right size for us. It had everything we needed for a two-night stay near the water. We plan to fish and chill right off the back of the property. But unfortunately with rain for two days and the low tides fishing was a bust."

"I liked the pool area and the apartment was clean and spacious. I didn't particularly appreciate facing the street and hearing the traffic. I thought i was getting an apartment with beach access but it would've been a long walk. It was only a six-minute drive but I would've liked that to have been made known in the beginning."
