"We checked in with Nicolle at the front desk and she was amazing. She helped us find restaurants and shopping. She was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a loft suite and it was fantastic. It was very spacious with high ceilings and 6 huge windows with a great view. Had a nice 2 person bathtub and great hot water. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to everyone. As Nicolle about the best places to go while you’re there, she is Awesome!"

We told the valet that we'd have to leave early in the morning before the valet employees start their shift and they left our vehicle up front with the keys at the front desk for us to pick up in the morning. The room was clean and quiet. And the hotel was within walking distance of quite a few things."

"The room and common areas of the hotel were spotless and although not exactly walkable, the property is conveniently close to OSU. There are also several good dining options nearby. For an OSU parent, it's an excellent option."
