"This is perfect accommodation for a group. It is spacious and the kitchen is huge with everything you could possibly need for a cook up. Everything was clean and comfortable - all the beds were wonderfully comfortable with super kings in two of the bedrooms. The living/dining area worked well as it is so spacious, so that even with a large group we weren't falling over each other. "Overall stay was lovely, great location and Google maps gets you there fine but written instructions a little confusing with many DONT’s. The linens on the 2 single beds became very damp over the course of our 2 night stay which was of course uncomfortable. Possibly the stone walls/warm bodies. Perhaps a dehumidifier and some constant low heat could resolve this. There were guests in the cottage above us which was disturbing overnight. "Nice property itself. However rooms need a good cleaning. Restaurant was crowded and mediocre with slow service. (I think that was more an issue of staffing). I messaged the property through VRBO several times (about checkin procedures) with NO response. Come to find out it’s not an individual home or unit, but a mini hotel. Would have been peace of mind had we known. When traveling from overseas, and not knowing area, you are hoping you indeed have the booked accommodations!"
