"Late check in with a mix up of not finding my name, then someone had checked in my reservation and paid, but after checking my credit card, I was charged. It seemed to be a refurbished hotel with okay rooms. The couch in my room had a torn hole that was noticeable. Did not get a chance to try their breakfast buffet, or the pool. Overall, okay rate."

"Canceled the stay through the virtual agent. The virtual agent didn't actually canceled anything. Got charged for the rooms and Expedia and the hotel refused to do anything about it."

"First room we were assigned had not been cleaned. Front desk said they cleaning staff was understaffed. Hallway carpets were in tatters plus piles of dirty laundry lined hallways (on that tattered carpet) *throughout* the building. Exterior sliding glass door in our room did not lock."

"This will be my go to in Boise moving forward. Location, amenities, friendly staff, big rooms. WiFi sucks a little in building 7 but besides that it’s great. "

"It was fantastic if you're travelling with pups. Beautiful, grassy backyard and blankets and towels for them too. The house was very clean and comfortable for us too. I would highly recommend!"

"The hotel was hard to find. The building next to it was under construction. So it was a little confusing at first. Check in was a breeze. The staff was very helpful and nice. Property was as expected for a extended stay hotel. Everyone I encountered was very nice. Price was right and breakfast was included."

"The room itself was good and the staff was excellent. My main issue was the bathroom. The tub did not drain and the last thing I wanted after a long day of driving was to see the previous occupants hair floating up from the drain. Couple that with broken silicon around the tub and surrounding areas made it obvious that maintenance hasn’t been done in a while. The AC was also aggressively loud!"

"We came for our daughter’s graduation from BSU. The Clubhouse was spacious. Some areas newer than the rest. The A/C didn’t work well though and it was quite a warm weekend. The house didn’t cool down until late at night and it made us uncomfortable and sweaty. The beds were a bit stiff and pillows kinda flat. Kitchen is well stocked. Living room has a nice, big tv but could use more seating in that area. "
