"We showed up on Friday night and not a soul was there. We tried to text the number and call the number and was unable to reach anybody. However, this lovely lady showed up just by chance. I had booked the wrong night! She said it’s clean and it’s ready for you to go, but that’s why there was no email with check-in instructions. We had two teenagers so the bunkbeds were great cause they didn’t have to sleep together! Place was very clean! We truly appreciate them working with us! "

"This Hotel is an absolute gem. The staff was super accommodating, as he were going on 3 days with under 4 hours sleep total when we arrived (at 10pm at night, to start with) and we requested to be put as high up and as far away from other guests as possible to get some rest. Staff put us on the end of the top floor with no questions asked, and it’s exactly what we needed. As for the facility itself- virtually spotless! So clean, comfortable, and easy to use the amenities. Hot water, extremely comfortable sheets and bedding, and a big pool and hot tub to relax in and around. The one and only thing we would like to see different here is a little bit better continental breakfast, it was the only thing that had us desiring a little more from the hotel. Again, the staff and property are just awesome, we wouldn’t hesitate to come back at all!!"
