"This hotel was amazing I originally planned to stay in shinjuku and I am so glad I ended up staying here in ikebukuro. the hotel is tucked away from all the foot traffic but a 2 minute walk and you’re ready to join the action and get the day going. staff was amazing and friendly and hotel was super clean. also heated toilet seat was great too (; "

"This hotel was quite lovely. The room was plenty big for our family of 4. Elevators are fast and efficient for the 14 floor hotel. "

"This hotel was easy to checkin to. The staff were helpful, the rooms were clean and well kept. The only negative we had which was easily turned into a positive was that each day they provided new towels and robes and toiletries but didn’t automatically remove the old ones which in a 10m2 room begins to take up room quickly. This was easily resolved. Would highly recommend, just beware, the double room is still very small. Only 10m2, can’t have suitcases open. "
