"The Annex is absolutely stunning, clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. Chris and Liz are warm and friendly hosts who are available if you need anything and have put together a lovely environment to stay. "We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage. The property was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal, providing easy access to the Cotswolds and the city of Bath. Additionally, having a quality pub just a 5-minute walk away was a great bonus. "The Dovecote is something very special indeed - a charming idyll tucked away behind the Old Manor in Letcombe Regis, in itself a beautiful village. A place to be completely at ease. Our stay was made very comforable by the hospitality of Elspeth, a most attentive and gracious host. We spent a happy and peaceful Christmas weekend here, and shall cherish the memories for years to come."

"Such a beautiful property right on the lake. It was perfect for our family get together and the teens loved being able to take their paddle boards straight off the jetty onto the lake. Lots to do in the surrounding area as well. Great support from orion holidays on site. Replaced the bedding for my sister within half an hour to help her allergy! Amazing team"

Our 4 and 6 aged grand sons loved the space and outdoors games. Trampoline, football, table tennis etc. Google the grinding barn for easy location guidance as 3 of our 4 cars struggled with the given directions."

"We had a great time at the lodge, it was spacious, well presented and in a nice wuiet location. All amenities were as listed and we didn't find anything wanting. The children found lots to do at the hoburne site and we could relax in the peaceful surroundings. Overall, a wonderful base ro explore the area. "

Unfortunately, the BBQ shown in the garden images does not work, however this was not necessarily mentioned as an amenity in the listing. The only place this house loses points is in its cleanliness - this really was not up to standard, as mentioned in previous reviews. Shower drains were full of hair from previous visitors; multiple bedrooms had either old food, empty wine or water...

"A lovely 2 day break at the lakes, so peaceful and relaxing. Spa is great too and we pretty much had it to ourselves most of the time. Food in the tipi was also great, would have liked to have seen some more sweet breakfast and healthy options though. It would also be great if there was an on-site shop to buy any groceries/essentials to save having to drive elsewhere."
