"This is an excellent b&b,we stayed in the annex(Huntington suite).A very well decorated and furnished annex.It was very quiet and the room was very well heated if you wanted it and had a fan. The bed was very comfortable and clean.The bathroom was great with low level walk in shower. Please be careful when showering as water does get onto the floor past the screen and the floor can be slippery.A good tv and comfortable couch and chair. A very spacious room and I highly recommend this place....

Very comfortable bed , room cleaned every day and were allowed to park at the hotel next door.
As previously mentioned they serve a great breakfast .
Five minute drive to town centre but pub and takeaway nearby.
Will book again next time that we visit Dumfries."

Our room was lovely and comfortable. Morag shared with us local recommendations for eating out. Our morning started off with the most delicious Scottish breakfast. We would highly recommend a stay at The Hightae Inn."
