"Facility was clean and we enjoyed getting to walk to the stadium for game day. The only aggravation we faced during our day was our key card gave us so many issues. We couldn't get into our room twice and was locked outside in the cold (door locks at 10 or 10:30pm and you must use key card for entry) but luckily someone was coming out shortly after and we were able to get in. The guy at the desk never even noticed us trying to get in because his head was down in the cellphone. And the attitude/negative energy we received at the desk to get our key reactivated was terrible. Would I stay again, yes. Hopefully with a better outcome and better attitudes."
