"The place was great. Even as presented online! Very spacious. Very clean and updated furnishing. Lots of options for television entertainment. Kindness and helpfulness of the owner was much appreciated. Our only suggestion is to get a railing for the steps going to the lower level."

"We were in town for a family celebration. Family was between the ages of 27-88. The property was in a great location to sightsee and very spacious for all 10 of us. The property owner was very responsive to our requests. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and all the bathrooms had all the amenities needed. Everyone had a great time!!!"

"This is a great little studio that's convientely located near the Red line (15 minute walk). The walk is up a hill, so if you're not feeling up to that after a day of sightseeing, you can take the D8 bus. The neighborhood is safe-ish, never had a problem walking to/from the apartment even late at nights, but you may have some people ask you for money. You're also very close to a Giant foods, which is handy. The host was very accomodating and even had bottled and sparkling water in the fridge...

"We really enjoyed the character of this home while also appreciating some of the upgrades it had. Our family of 6 fit comfortably and had a fun time playing games at night. It was very clean, had all of the items we needed to enjoy our stay and the owner was very communicative about our visit. It’s a quick walk to the train station, and the cutest grocery store is just down the street. Loved staying here."

"The only complaint we have about our stay is that it wasn't long enough! The apartment was clean, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable (my husband got his first ever sleep score in the 90s!). The location was perfect for us - close to our daughter's university and walking distance to the zoo, the metro, Nat'l Cathedral, plus great shops and restaurants!"

"This is a beautiful property with plenty of room and is exactly as listed. It is clean and nicely stocked with everything we needed to make for a great time in DC. The beds were comfortable. We also liked its location, just three blocks from a Metro stop and three blocks from a Safeway. We did not want to leave and will definitely stay here if we are ever again in DC."

"Clean home with comfortable beds. Easy to get to all the sites in DC. About a 12-14 minute walk to subway, but we usually choose a 2 minute walk to the bus- very easy to use. Host responded quickly to all our questions. Some street noise, but normal for a stay in a city."

"Our family had a lovely time Fathers Day long weekend. The location was walking distance to the metro and free street parking for those who drove. Plenty of room and privacy for my husband and I, our 3 adult children and their significant others. The hosts even provided snacks, muffins, and gourmet coffee. My son arrived before checkin hours and they personally met him so he could leave his luggage. Had a wheelchair available for visitors if needed. Recommended restaurants and could not have...
