All of our communication with proprietors was prompt and helpful, and they had the driveway salted and plowed within hours of the (very picturesque) snowfall the day before Christmas. The steps into the bathroom and bedroom were illuminated and the upstairs loft was a cool getaway for our teenager.Recommend taking a bigger vehicle that can take a rough gravel road."

The house was immaculate and well equipped for anything you could possibly need with varied spaces that invited spending time together or finding quiet, alone time. While the weather didn't cooperate so that we could enjoy the outdoor spaces at the firepit ot the outdoor kitchen, the hot tub was a nice respite after the Spartan Race. "This location is a great retreat surrounded by nature. The screened in porch, hammock, and nearby trails were favorite spots. The interior is well appointed with just about everything for a pleasant stay. Several minor issues were shared after our stay and hopefully will be rectified for future guests."
