"This was our first time in Chicago. My sister and I saw this Best Western as a convenient choice for the Pokemon GO! Fest of 2026. Wow, what a beautiful building! Very safe too. The lot is lit so brightly and is next to a small banquet hall so we weren’t scared about coming back to the room very late. The room was beautiful; comfy sheets, updated TV and nice amenities. "The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was spacious as well. The only problem was that I think the shower was wheelchair accessible. The shower curtain was too short and didn't reach the floor so when I took a shower, water leaked out onto the bathroom floor. The floor got really wet and I wasn't provided with enough towels to dry it completely. The wet floor caused me to slip and fall. "The remote was missing from the TV when I checked in. They sent a maintenance guy to program the remote. After he left nothing worked on the remote except to change the channel. At 11:00 pm the tv spiraled and would not load any more shows. At breakfast, I had asked for a glass of ice water.
