"This historic cottage was just what I was looking for: charming setting, clean home, friendly and responsive host, and easy access to restaurants and pubs nearby as well as public transportation. We toured the surrounding area (Oxford, Avebury, Cotswalds) and loved returning to our quiet little house at the end of the day. Wheatley was a great village. "Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this cozy cottage. Was a bit cramped with a family, but had easy access to Windsor. We utilized the kitchen to cook which was a nice amenity. We also packed light, so the washer was utilized as well. It was advertised that there was a dryer as well, but we could not see a way to dry the clothes and found it was just a washer, not a washer/dryer combo. There were no directions or contact info in the book, which would have been helpful. It was a great stay overall...

"Oldie worldie country cottage. Comfotable beds and plenty of towels and other toiletries etc. Everything you needed was there. Wifi and TV good reception. Lovely exterior view over field with horses, deer and plenty of birdlife. If you have more than one car parking may be an issue."

Our only complaint is that a hot tub was advertised but was non existent which was a huge misrepresentation by Vrbo on the property details. It was one of the considerations when we booked the property We have requested an explanation from Vrbo but so far nothing is forthcoming (22.5.24)"

"Stayed at Little Trees because we were visiting elderly parents who live nearby. Nice peaceful location. The place was spotless. Everything was provided - towels, shampoo, shower gel, bread, butter, milk etc. couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely stay again. Bed a little low and soft for me but actually slept really well. "

"Firstly the good, the property is super clean, nice bed, bathroom, clean kitchen and living room. Also it’s right next to underground stop for easy onward travel. The only thing I didn’t like is that the property isn’t really setup for short term let as except towels and bedding, there is no other items such as cups/glasses/plates/cutlery etc at all in the property."
