"Very much a top luxury Hotel with priced accordingly. Staff and service excellent. Spa great for relaxing with Bar service and stunning views. Rooms luxurious and views either side of the Hotel stunning. The Hotel set on the beautiful Strba Tarn against a backdrop of stunning mountains. Great walks / hiking trails very worthwhile but note they are long and quite hard to hike (proper footwear essential). Highly recommended Hotel. Thank you for our stay."

"Location was ok, check- in little confused as it was in the different building Room clean , spacious but access would be a challenge if my 77 year old mom decide to come . 21 steps to access our room without elevator, this property would not pass Canadian standards for handicapped people. The biggest disappointment was a breakfast selection "

"The hotel, overall was nice. The service was very good and the breakfast and dinner, which were included, were also very good. One minor point was that there was nothing in the room in the way of coffee, water, or any type of mini-bar. My only real complaint is that although I had prepaid through Hotels.com, apparently they were not aware and charged me again. I am currently waiting for Hotels.com to resolve the issue "

"The bungalow was spacious, but slightly dated, as shown in the advert pictures. The shower was good. The bedroom was quite cramped but sufficient. TV is modern, fridge works well. Very easy and friendly check in. Fantastic Finnish sauna and steam room. Easy parking right next to bungalows. Great location for accessing the trails or ski slopes. Excellent breakfast. Overall perfect for an active holiday!"
