"The getaway cottage was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect size for the two of us, and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It was a short walk to the dock. Mike met us at the property for a quick tour, then left us to enjoy their beautiful property. We plan on making a trip back sometime next year."

"We stayed for three nights and had a really nice time. It felt like a home away from home. The house was clean and cozy. I really loved how they had a lot of cookware lol because I cooked a lot for my kids birthday. I enjoyed the seclusion of the home without feeling totally isolated in the area. My kids and I had a wonderful time visiting the nearby springs. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!"

"Booked the property for my dad who was in a bad car accident. He is local but had a lot of family staying at his house including 6 kids & needed a quiet place to rest and recover. "Beautiful home, nice stay. We enjoyed it. If I had to say anything negative it be that I noticed some thick Cobb webs at the cathedral ceiling in living room, and the plants around the back yard deck and outdoor table need to be really cut. The seating outback was very rusted. Beautiful scenery though. "

"The sofa beds did not have linen or bedding in the correct size. The bathroom door in one of the rooms needs to be repaired, you could get trapped. The house from the outside does not have identification, I arrived at a very dark night, without telephone coverage and we could not locate which house where we would stay. "We had a wonderful stay at this adorable river house. It was supplied with everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch or deck and watching the boats on the river. Karen, the host, checked on us and replied quickly when we had a question. I have referred friends and family and we hope to stay there again in the future. I highly recommend this place."

"Was a wonderful property in a very beautiful small town. The interent was out during our stay and did not come back on but that may have been a provider issue and not the fault of the property. Also if you are bringing a dog a wonderful yard but be aware it is not fenced in. We will be staying here again the next ti.e I am up to visit family for sure!"

"Great location. Everything you need is there. Hadn't had anyone stay there in awhile and there was definitely a musty smell and saw some roaches which i am not used to as we just moved down here. I am sure with more spraying they could be taken care of"
