"The room was really noisy considering that the windows were shut and double glazed. The car park wasn’t easy to find and was further away than expected. The cold water could not be sourced from the bathroom sink as water was alway warm or hot despite running the tap in all positions. The shower head wouldn’t lock in place and had to hold the head whilst washing. The breakfast was plentiful but some items were lukewarm and the bacon was over cooked. "

"Pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was for the price. Rooms are a good size, clean and have all the standard things to make a stay comfortable - towels, kettle, TV, heating/AC. Plenty to choose from if you want breakfast at a great price. We did find some things a little confusing. We ordered some toast and were told to help ourselves, however we were unsure if the price was for 1 or 2 slices as it didn't specify on the menu. Car parking token was validated at the end of the stay taking the cost of 24hr parking from £24 to £11. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again."

"A bit disappointed that there was no kettle and the tv did not work, the room was small and compact. Considering I stayed at the Ibis in the City a month before and the experience there was a lot better and definitely better value for money. This time I paid more as I wanted to be nearer the indoor sports arena, but overall it wasn't worth what I paid."
