"The staff was helpful, the motel is in a great location. This is nothing fancy about this place, No coffee.... no cups or glasses, no beach tags. It was as clean most shore motels I've stayed at anywhere and the room was large and worked well for us. If you want to be pampered or have room service and other amenities this is NOT your place. But if you are looking for a less expensive no frills place to stay while you enjoy the beach and boardwalk, I highly reccomend Buoy 16"

"I paid more for a room with a kitchenette because of my family's dietary needs. But when we got to the room there was no pots/pans, plates, utensils. Office said they dodnt have anything. I had to go out and buy kitchenware for our stay. Also on their website it says hairdryer are available upon request but again the office didnt have any. The bathroom door didnt close, the drawers were screwed shut and the small fridge freezer door was broken. Blanket had tears. Mattress was filthy. And couch...

It is consistently wonderful and clean, the staff is always kind, helpful and accommodating, and there is always a good parking spot. It's so close to the boardwalk, too. A great value place. We will be back next year and years to follow."

"Pros: staff is so very helpful, pool is spacious and clean, location: walk to beach and boardwalk, sleeping arrangements: 2 king beds and full sleeper sofa, plenty of hot water for showers for 4 people Cons: nowhere to hang clothing, very outdated and run down , curtains are torn and sun is very bright in morning, walls are thin and lots of noise from people walking above"
