"We rented for my son's graduation and the house was perfect, here's why. 1. This 6 bedroom house was a better value than any Columbia hotel even if it had had zero amenities. 2. It doesn't have zero amenities. There is somewhere for everyone. "Overall, we enjoyed our time in Columbia. It was a short weekend trip and we really only slept in the home. The neighborhood was not as nice as other neighborhoods we’ve stayed in, but it seems the town is older and there was work being done during our weekend to help improve the area. Volunteers were every where cleaning and helping the city. The home was just enough space for us."

"Great square footage with more room than a hotel. King bed was nice and there would be plenty of room for an air mattress and a couch sleeper in the living room. Host lives above the space and had loud music playing until past midnight. Host was under the impression we were not arriving that evening and did not send us any check in communication ahead of time."

"We came to town to get together with friends from college and see a football game. The grounds were great and the house was very nice. It was a little away from town but super easy to get to. I’m glad we weren’t there in the winter due to the gravel driveway which has a fairly steep hill. The kitchen’s organization was strange to us but we found everything we needed"

"We were very pleased with the house. Everything was clean and the owners were easy to communicate with. We liked that the house was a short walk to Meriweather’s for coffee and breakfast in the morning. One thing to consider - the living room furniture is very uncomfortable. Two of the chairs’ backs were broken and could only sit up if leaned against a wall.
