"A truly fantastic place to stay. I ended up getting a reservation here last minute after the accommodations I had booked were a little questionable. This place was a great decision. The check-in was smooth, and they worked with me and my choppy Japanese. The room was fantastic, spacious and had a great view. The onsen was very clean and relaxing. The dinner buffet, added on for 990¥, was truly over the top, everything I could want including the local maguro in various forms. Rented a bike for 200 to go around town for a little while, and got a lot of help transferring my luggage to Tokyo. Switching to this hotel was a great decision"

The public bath/onsen is amazing. Spa was great. The only thing we found to be strangely on a different level was the breakfast/dining room. We found the food and presentation to be below average and the dining hall was very simple, with the view of the parking lot and mostly felt like we were dining at IKEA."
