"We had a fantastic stay at Jason’s property. The house is just as pictured, very clean, and the pool and yard is amazing. Jason and his team were very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay."

"From the outside this house looks beautiful. When we got in the house it was 78 degrees which was uncomfortable but the house cooled down that’s ok. There were a total of 2 “queen beds” and 1 twin bed. The “” are because the beds are air mattresses which is not disclosed in the listing. What made matters worse is one of the air mattresses were deflated. It was one of the self inflating mattresses however it didn’t work so it was unusable. That means we were down to 2 beds. This house said it could accommodate 6 people so if you’re counting the couch (which is NOT a pull out) you should disclose that. Before we showed up to the house we took a trip to the grocery store so we could have food for the week and not have to go out every day. Unfortunately when we got there we realized the fridge looked like it was from 2005 and it did not work. Both the freezer and fridge were hot and smelled rancid which caused most of the food we bought to go bad. We tried to shower later that night and found house had no hot water. The whole rest of the week we had to shower in freezing cold water. For two days we were on the phone with VRBO customer service trying to figure out what we could do since the home owner would not answer, and were told since it was EDC weekend everything was booked and couldn’t be moved even after we had found available listings ourselves. We were basically told to suck it up and stay at the house or that we could get our money back and have nowhere to sleep."

"Great location. 10-20 minutes to anything we wanted to do. Fun yard and activities right at the property. The house was clean and minimalist."

"Great location for what we needed. Host communicated great. Kitchen has everything you need for meals but is small. Hide a bed downstairs wasn’t very comfortable but the rest were fine. Lovely patio in back and nice you can park in the garage. Would stay here again."

"There was plenty of room for everyone. Parking was a bit crowded but worked out. The owner responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Overall we had a great week for our daughter's wedding."
