"The sofa bed had crumbs and urine stains. the housekeeper did come up and vacuum it- providing a mattress cover and the bedding for it. He was very helpful."

"This was convenient to the surrounding area. The breakfast was nice. The thing I didn't like was I had to hold the shower door closed to keep the floor from getting wet. I looked like the bedside tables hadn't been cleaned since the last guest. There were still rings from beverages on them."

"We had a great stay here. Just a couple of issues. We used the online link to pre-register, I even submitted a snapshot of my drivers license. All of this was to speed up the check-in process. When we arrived at the front desk, they had no record of our pre-registration and we had to go all through the process again. Another issue was that we thought the window air conditioner was broken. The controls on it did nothing. When we mentioned it at the front desk on our way out to get dinner, we were told that the controls were on the wall. It might help customers if a sign or sticker indicating that the air conditioner controls are on the wall was placed on the window air conditioner. The staff at the front desk says this happens all of the time, so a sticker would definitely help customers. The room was clean and had a refrigerator, microwave, queen sized bed and working TV with a channel guide. We had to leave early in the morning for our event, so we didn't have the opportunity to partake of the offered breakfast. Thank you Days Inn for an enjoyable experience! "

"We Love your Ramada! Whenever we are in Ligonier this is where we always stay, and it has always been wonderful. We used to also really enjoy the Bistro, but it seems not to have been open the last couple of times we've stayed. It was low-key, but always a very pleasant option! Keep it up!"

From check in to guy who came to fix glitches in our TV, to all night staff. Could be indicative of the friendliness of the community, but they never hid and always why the extra step!"
