"The place was great - fun colour and style - but there was construction happening at the unit next door (started early) and the window in the upstairs bedroom would not open, so the bedroom was insufferably hot.Aside from those minor complaints, it was a great location, easy walking distance to the pier and laines, and a very fun trip. "I stayed in this property with my wife, son, daughter-in-law and 5 month old grandchild.The lock box was a little tricky to open as the after entering the code the little lever was difficult to get a grip on and push down as well as pulling out the lock box door, but eventually I managed to get it open.The property was very clean and well prepared for our arrival with tea/coffee etc.A couple of pointers for future stays.Dishwasher tablets were left for us with washing up liquid and hand soap…but...

"Very comfortable stay and all ages enjoyed the rural aspect. Chapel is amazing and conversion has been done successfully. Central location for West Sussex and easy assess to all major roads. Accommodation was tidy clean and all amenities as described and photos looked exactly as the place is presented. Good value lovely walks and the lake setting is peaceful. "
