"Worse hotel experience ever!! The regular elevator was out and there were mold on the second floor. Our bathroom had a awful smell coming out of water drain in the floor. I had to deep clean the room!! I would've canceled my room but we were in town for a funeral. Do not get fooled by nice lobby pictures!! "

"Parking lot was completely lit up at night and we could see our car from our hotel window on second floor. Hot breakfast was served with a nice variety of choices. Liked the small waffles. Had the accessible king bedroom. A bathing bench was provided as well as safety bars. Building was made of stucco, which made me feel more secure during stormy weather. Very nice and helpful staff"

"Friendly & helpful staff. Generous, hot breakfast daily. Clean room with plenty of towels, pillows, etc. Gym was well equipped & easy to access anytime. Good WiFi & TV. Near plenty of restaurants & shopping. Easy access to I-40. Will definitely return here when in Memphis again."
