We had a great stay at the house. It was perfectly sized for our family, and we had just as much fun hanging around the house as we did hiking at Brasstown Bald and the Chatuge Recreation Area.

Excellent Place to stay, Clean and organized. The only thing I wish we had was washer and dryer because we got caught in the rain on a mountain hike. Other than that, it was perfect for our group.

We stayed at the property for the week of Thanksgiving. Our stay deserves 5 stars all around. Easy check-in, cozy & clean cabin, everything in working order, well stocked/functioning kitchen, beautiful property with a creek running right through it, easy access to trails and nearby shops. Our hosts were also very responsive and accommodating. It’s great spot to get away and recharge!

This cabin is beautiful and very homey with everything you could ask for, except a washer and dryer. That would be a good addition in case you had an emergency need for one. We loved wadding in the peaceful creek beside the cabin, and using the adjacent fire pit. Stacy was so helpful and easy to contact for any needs! It is close to everything you could need and anything you might want to do. Thanks for a wonderful birthday and 5th grade graduation celebration trip!

The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We visited for a week in December. We origionally had a Vrbo reservation elsewhere for the week but had to abruptly cancel after a nights stay because the heat was broken along with their gas fireplace. It was very cold and unpleasant accomidations. I had to quickly find another home we could stay at. I found this home and thought it would be perfect because of the decorations, appearance of the home, the beautiful area and that the listing said central heat and air. The owners were very kind and even let us arrive a half hour early. Unfortunately upon walking inside the home it was very cold inside. I immediately turned up the heat but it never went above 71 the entire week we were there. I do not think that the thermostat was correct because it felt much colder than that all the time. I am by nature a very hot person. I love the cold but it was shivering cold inside. We had to wear layers and jackets inside to be tolerable. I believe, but not certain, the homeowner was regulating the temperature of the home or the heat wasn't functioning properly. I advised the homeowner many times about the issue but nothing was resolved. The homeowner said i could use the propane fireplace but due to the already overwhelming propane smell in the home and being scared to use it, we didn't. I had to go to Blairsville and purchase an electric heater and big, thick, warm blankets because the home didnt have available warm, thick bedding. We
