The valet service could improve, though, as you always have to approach them versus them approaching you Lots of restaurants, nearby and lots of people walking the streets. Felt very safe. The room was spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and comfortable. The staff members were extremely kind, professional, and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and friendly. The only small downside is that the pool is a bit on the smaller side, but that did not take away from the experience at all. I would definitely recommend Novotel Miami Brickell and would happily stay here again. "
