"Despite emailing on three occasions to request a room suitable for someone with a disability, we were placed in a room that could only be reached using stairs. Despite the fact that these emails did not bounce back we were told that they had not been received. We expected the convenience of a meal at the hotel as promised on the Expedia website. Apparently these have not been available since January. "

"We spent three nights at this lovely place, and it couldn't have been more beautiful. The house is located in a charming small town. We met our neighbors, who were all extremely friendly. The property includes a large garden where you can enjoy the sun. Our host was very friendly and responded quickly to all our messages. The house is clean and equipped with everything you need for your vacation. I highly recommend spending your next holiday in La-Roche-en-Ardenne!"

"As we were traveling through Europe by car, we booked this stay last minute. The house was excellent and in a great location so we decided to stay another night. The price for the place is excellent. The local food is great, and there is plenty of history to learn. My son even caught trout from the Ourthe, and there is a very nice angling shop in town. We hope to return with more of the family. I highly recommend this booking."

"We had an amazing experience. The Chateau and the surrounding grounds are beautiful...like living in a fairy tale. The owners and staff are very kind and welcoming. The private hot tub and sauna are very relaxing and serene. The experience of eating dinner here is something we will never forget. The food was incredible and presented perfectly. Every course of our meal was like a work of art and the flavors were unforgettable. This truly has been an experience of a lifetime and we cannot...

"Very nice owner has a private garage for bikes.but room matras and especially cushion are dated and need to be replaced. We had a simple room whit shower but no toilet. But that whas oke."

"Zeer aangename gastvrouw- en heer. Heerlijk ontbijt dat tot in de puntjes is verzorgd. Mooie, comfortabele en luxueuze kamers. Vanuit de kamer heb je een prachtig zicht op de Ourthevallei en de tuin. De B&B ligt perfect gelegen om de buurt te verkennen. Kregen ook verschillende tips voor een uitstapje in de buurt, waar we enorm van hebben genoten. Grote troef: prachtig binnenzwembad. Kortom, dé ideale plek om tot rust te komen. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug!"

"We stayed here like most people because we were heading to Spa-Francorchamps the next day. The hotel seemed nice o line but was even nicer in person. Thankful I decided to spend the extra few dollars to upgrade to a room with a balcony. Having the doors open at night and in the morning was lovely as was walking out on the balcony and seeing the entrance to Spa right there. Food and drinks were also good at the bar/restaurant. "
