"The apartment was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the roof top bar is special. The staff were so lovely and friendly: we have stayed in many hotels and this was the best service we’ve ever received. We travelled with our baby and my mother and they were so considerate of both. We had a little incident which ended up in hospital - but they made us feel safe and were great in an emergency. I would definitely recommend."

"Very accommodating for very early check in- nominal fee. And room with 3 single beds- a rare find. Convenient location- walking distance to shops and restaurant and the square. The concierge helped book a same day cruise. The housekeeping staff addressed all our needs and made the stay super comfortable. The spa was great. FYI need a swimming cap to use the pool. But Turkish bath, massage and facial was an experience. Hot tub and sauna and steam rooms are free. The breakfast was excellent. I would get with the pkg or it becomes expensive @$22pp. I would definitely stay again."

"Excellent hotel with quite friendly and helpful staff. Our room was good with confortable bed and spacious bathroom. Well kept. Breakfast was quite an experience with many traditional western breakfast staples and great local delicacies. The park across the street is amazing and walking to the Ciragan palace is easy. By the way make sure that whomever is driving you are clear that they are going to the Ciragan Bosphorus and not to the Ciragan palace. Nice coffees and restaurants in walkable distance. Area has a lot of young people since a couple of universities are in the neighborhood."
