"I will get negatives out of the way first, the listing says this is a working dairy farm however there is just a few cows and one pig. The grandchildren were looking forward to learning and watching milking etc but there was no opportunity to do this. Also we were told we could use the hot tub and pool when the weather improved however both were not ready for use in the 2 weeks we were there. Having said this the positives definitely outweigh the negatives. The owners greeted us on arrival and...

"A very friendly and helpful host who set us up andade us feel very welcome. The house itself is well set up and is a great space for a family. It's a town house and faces a fairly busy road, but it's close to the seafront and we weren't aware of passing traffic once inside. It was a very rainy week so we didn't use the courtyard much but it look like a pleasant space for outdoor eating. Altogether a great town house over several floors."

The place is beautifully decorated, the beds are super comfortable, there is everything you need for cosy time witj family or friends. the hosts are very welcoming and available. I would happily have paid the full amount up front but there seemed to be no way to do so and we were advised that the full payment had to be made by 4 August. The owners were out when we arrived late evening to the gîte; they had pre-warned me already to say they would be out. They responded promptly to opening the electric gates to let us in. "We spent a wonderful week in Sigrid and Jérôme's fantastic holiday homes. The houses are, as you can see in the pictures, stylishly and thoughtfully furnished. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, neither in the houses, nor on the terrace or in the garden. You immediately feel extremely comfortable. The extremely quiet location adds to this.
