There was the sound of some sort of animal clawing in the walls or window. I didn't read the notice that I needed to ask for checkin instructions 72 hours beforehand until the day before departure. "A few blocks north on Abingdon Rd is a great pub at Head of the River. About 10 min walk north on Abongdon Rd is a Tesco Express food market. Only a 20-min walk north brings you to High Street, Quenn Street, and Broad Street."

"Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "Perfectly placed apartment in The Hub. Cleaned and well maintained. Easy instructions to obtain keys and parking. One griped was that it is close to the bar in the square so Thursday and Friday you’ll get music played until late and the bedroom window is right outside. This isn’t an issue but is the only thing I would say is not 5 stars. Will definitely use again when staying in MK for work."

There was a very complicated deposit payment system and communication from staff in different counties and time zones made it difficult. With no reception and no staff on duty there were things that were not adequately sorted out. "
