"I chose this hotel based on ratings and I have to say, they were correct. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, room was clean. Only complaint was the elevator was not working and we were on the second floor. We walked a lot everyday visiting different places so we were exhausted by the time we came back to the hotel and had to climb stairs. Otherwise I would stay there again."

"The property was just as it stated. Very easy check in and great communication before, during and after our trip, even fielding my MANY questions. We loved the pool table and the jukebox and even though we didn't use any, there are THOUSANDS of CDs and SEVERAL DOZEN board/card games for your amusement if needed. We never used the hot tub as it was too hot outside but it was located about 5 steps off of the front porch and with the woods and no visible neighbors, privacy would not have been an issue.There are only a few minor tweaks that would make this a dream for anyone. There could be some landscaping/trimming done a few times a year that would make it more pleasing to the eye and probably alleviate some bug issues (it is by the woods so we knew there would be critters and we were fine with it). Also, with it being on septic, there are times when the aroma would overtake the air and make it tough to be outside. The back extra room which is not connected to house needs a small hole repaired in the wall so it could be used as an extra bedroom at night. We did lose power 3 times in first 2 days/nights although twice it was less than a minute. The other time it was out from midnight to about 8am. It's mother nature, and I work in the utility field so I COMPLETELY understand but with a well, you cannot flush toilets if you use them as there is no backup generator. Overall, I would recommend this property to others even without upgrades. Great owners to deal with!!!"

"We had a great time at Britanny's home. It was clean and well equipped for young kids. We were so happy to have the high chair and pack n' play available to us. The kids loved the hot tub!"

"Great house to stay at. Fit 5 of us comfortably. Appliances were very nice. Quiet location where we were able to see deer in the morning and in the afternoon. Very hard driveway to get in and out of so be careful. Tori was a great host in answering tons of questions. She even provided options for me since I have celiac disease. If we choose to come back to New Buffalo we would stay here again. Quick trip into the town center but you will always need a driver, no Uber or Lyft services that are easy. "

"Nicely done, renovated cottage - great location within walking distance from the main area of town - quick walk to the grocery store and coffee shop - big backyard and back deck with new, comfortable furniture. Bedrooms are small but nicely decorated and clean. Bathroom is tight with a small shower. House is well-equipped from the kitchen supplies to bathroom toiletries. Central Air Conditioning worked very well over a 90 degree weekend, and ceiling fans in bedrooms helped too. "
