Surfinia - piscine partagée - proche Europa Park

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Hessenheim, this charming lodging with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an open equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a shared garden of about 8,000 m² as well as a balcony and a terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1 : a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a king size bed (180×200)
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A shared (heated) swimming pool of 12×6 m, open from May to September and fenced (opening date not contractual).
- A 5×1.50 m balcony overlooking a large park with trees and flowers, overlooking the pool.
- A shaded terrace facing East, on the same level with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days, shared with one of the cottages of 4×5m for each, separated by boxes of climbing plants.
- A large enclosed park with trees and flowers of about 8,000 m², shared with the other gîtes.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron.

The gîte is ideally located in Hessenheim, in a very pleasant environment, away from the village in a bucolic setting on the edge of fields and forest. You will be able to benefit in the surroundings of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...

Es war O. K., das Fernsehen hatte leider nur franz. Sender eingestellt. Daher fehlte uns der Kontakt zur deutschen Seite. Aber die Ausflüge waren sehr schön. Die Königsberg war der Höhepunkt. Aber auch Colmar, Freiburg und Eguisheim waren toll.

Surfinia "🙂 Der Pool, die Terrasse und die netten Gastgeber 🙁 Einrichtung und Inventar stark veraltet und zusammen gewürfelt. Wasserkocher Kabel defekt, Tür quietscht, Klositz locker, Sofafuß kaputt, Türdrücker abgefallen, Bettwäsche teils kaputt, flackernde Beleuchtung , eine weitere Zwischentür ohne Griff, dafür mit einem Band zum anbinden. Reichlich Spinnenweben unter der Decke usw. Der Pool wertet das Gesamtpaket unheimlich auf. Dennoch ist der Preis für den Zustand und das Inventar der Wohnung definitiv deutlich zu teuer."

Surfinia "Grundsätzlich eine schöne Wohnung mit tollem Garten, sehr schöner Terasse und Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Leider ist sie etwas dunkel. Es gab abweichend von der Beschreibung kein WLAN. Zudem wurde der ansonsten gute Gesamteindruck durch unhygenische Spülutensielien etwas geschmälert. Alles in allem trotzdem empfehlenswert für einen Besuch im Elsass."

Surfinia Séjour très agréable et très bien situé. Nous avons profité d’Europa Park, Colmar et Strasbourg. Le tout à moins de 40min ! Literie confortable, tout le nécessaire était présent:linge de lit, draps de bain, bouteilles d eau, etc

Surfinia Très bon accueil. Logement très bien situé pour visiter la région, Colmar, Strasbourg, Europa-Park à environ 30 minutes chacun. La ville de Sélestat et le château du Haut- Koenigsbourg vallent le détour. Très bon séjour.

Surfinia "Die Wohnung ist ok, etwas dunkel. Das eine Schlafzimmer ist nur ein Durchgangszimmer, das ist nicht optimal. Das Haus, die Terrasse und der Garten sind sehr schön. Der Pool ist überdacht und hat ca. 25 °. Wir durften ihn auch noch Anfang Oktober nutzen, aber es war dann doch etwas kühl. Im Garten hört man leicht die Dorfstraße und das WLAN in der Wohnung ist leider sehr schlecht, man hat eigentlich nur auf dem Balkon Empfang. Dafür war die Wohnung sauber, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Insgesamt hat die Unterkunft für uns gut gepasst, um von dort aus das schöne Elsass zu erkunden."

Surfinia "Heerlijk genoten en gezellige omgeving 🙂 Huiselijk compleet huis, gezellig ruim, heerlijk balkon en ook nog eens via trap een leuk terras met bbq. Ook een lekker zwembad met bedjes. Zwischen Feldern und ein paar weiteren Häusern gelegen scheint es sich bei der direkt am Haus vorbei führenden Straße, um eine zentrale Durchgangsstraße zu handeln. Das ordentliche und große Appartement scheint nicht für Menschen größer als 185cm gemacht zu sein. Ich habe mir an mehreren Balken und Türen den Kopf gestoßen. Der angekündigte beheizte Pool ändert seine Temperatur mit der Außentemperatur. Das angekündigte free Wifi war grundsätzlich vorhanden, aber eine Internetverbindung war so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Das wäre gutem Wetter nicht so schlimm gewesen, aber auch das gab es leider nicht. Fernsehen war trotz der Nähe zur deutschen Grenze nur auf französisch möglich. Ansonsten liegt das Haus so, dass Ziele in den Vogesen oder im Schwarzwald oder am Rhein gut zu erreichen sind.
